You can permanently delete your Konnect Gaming account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.
Email support@konnectgaming.net from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify ownership and process the deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We retain only the minimum records required for legal, security, or financial-settlement purposes (for example, if a withdrawable balance remained at deletion, we keep a record so it can be settled). These are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
When you delete your account you may be offered an optional, skippable exit survey. If you answer it and explicitly opt in to a follow-up, we keep only the email address you provide for that purpose — it is used solely to reply about the feedback you gave, never for marketing, and it is permanently scrubbed within 6 months. If you skip the survey or don't opt in, no contact information is retained.
