Welcome to Konnect Gaming. These Terms govern your use of the Konnect Gaming app and website (konnectgaming.net). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Konnect, and of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use any feature that requires it. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Konnect is a competitive-gaming discovery and community platform. We help players find tournaments and 1v1 duels, build a record, and connect with their scene. Competitive play on Konnect is for glory, rankings, achievements, and bragging rights — it is not gambling and does not involve wagering real money in-app.
Konnect does not process entry fees or prize money for gameplay within the app. Some organizers host events on external platforms (e.g. start.gg, Challonge, Eventbrite); any registration, ticketing, or payment for those events happens on that third party's site under its terms — Konnect is a directory and is not a party to those transactions. Merchandise, where offered, is sold and fulfilled by a third-party storefront.
Competing on Konnect is always free. Konnect offers optional paid memberships that unlock cosmetic and convenience features (such as a premium profile badge, advanced stats, profile customization, and matchmaking filters). These never affect match outcomes, matchmaking fairness, or rankings — there is no pay-to-win. On iOS, memberships are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through your Apple ID:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the current paid period continues to its end and is not pro-rated. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase, which is the authoritative price. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and applicable law. These memberships are billed by Apple, not by Konnect, and are separate from any off-platform event payments described above.

You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, messages, images, posts) and grant Konnect a license to host and display it to operate the service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior: you can report content and block other users in-app, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Uploaded images are automatically screened, and reports are reviewed.
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete My Account or the deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between users or with third-party organizers. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
