This Privacy Policy explains what information Konnect Gaming ("Konnect", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Konnect Gaming app or website (konnectgaming.net), you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Konnect does not process payments for in-app gameplay; competitive play is for glory, rankings, and bragging rights. Where merchandise or external event tickets are offered, checkout happens on a third-party storefront — Konnect never receives your card details.
We share data only with providers that help us operate the service, under their own terms:
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, stats, and personal records; limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, or financial-settlement purposes. If you choose to answer the optional exit survey at deletion and explicitly opt in to a follow-up, we retain only the email address you provide, solely to reply about your feedback — never for marketing — and scrub it permanently within 6 months.
Konnect Gaming is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some features may require you to be the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, scoped access rules, server-side authorization). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
We use Google AdSense to show ads on our public web pages, and in a small number of places in the signed-in web app — currently the bracket screen, once your own run in an event is over or the event itself is complete. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may personalize them based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and visitors in the EEA/UK and certain US states will see a consent choice before any personalized ad loads. See Google's policies for how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
We never place ads on private-messaging surfaces such as tournament chat, and we never place them in the middle of a match you are still playing. Subscribers do not see ads. Promoted cards elsewhere in the app are served by Konnect itself and are always labelled.
The iOS app includes Google’s AdMob SDK. Any ads it shows are non-personalised: the app never asks for permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites, and without that permission Apple does not give us the advertising identifier that would make personalised ads possible. Google still receives basic, non-identifying signals needed to serve and measure an ad — see Google’s partner policies. The Android app contains no third-party ad SDK.
